The earmuffs in addition to keeping the calves warm look too cute on them.
Newborn calves have a high death risk due to winter weather is too extreme. They, unlike mature animals, can not yet adapt to changing weather.
For farmers and beef cattle producers this is an important issue, as they lose many calves during the winter weather. But now, they have found a fantastic and cute idea to be able to overcome the problem.

Apparently, the use of earmuffs on calves started at Triple P Farm in Wisconsin by owner Amy Pflugshaupt. It turns out that there was a fire on this farm and the cattle’s barn burned down. The calves were unprotected so Amy had to think of a way to keep them warm.
Then, Amy tried to use jackets on her calves, but it was not enough so she also buy some earmuffs. After several attempts to protect the calves correctly, Amy called her aunt, Kim Ewers, who has an embroidery business. Both designed the perfect earmuffs for what the calves needed and they were also adorable.
The earmuffs are made of water-repellent material with adjustable straps. As Amy and her aunt saw that the solution was good, they posted some earmuffs on their farm page. But they did not imagine that other farmers would love them.
Many cattle farmers began to order the earmuffs to protect their calves from frostbite. And that is how earmuffs in calves turned viral today.
How cute they are!
