Soldier Thought She Would Never See Her Lost Dog Again, But They Are Together Again
US Army soldier Sergeant Dahlberg thought she would never see her dog again.
Ginger ran away several weeks ago and was nowhere to be found. Her family searched everywhere for her, but with no results.
They were afraid of losing their beloved furbaby forever.
Thankfully, Front Street Animal Shelter found Ginger and picked her up from the streets. But there was bad news…while Ginger was on the streets- she contracted parvovirus. This disease affects the intestinal tract and attacks the white blood cells.
However, thanks to the shelter she is on the way to recovery. And, after constant searching, her family found Ginger on the shelter’s website.
When the soldier arrived at the shelter to meet Ginger, they opened her kennel door, and Ginger recognized her right away!
